Overview

City of St. Louis residents can report the following pest, rodent or insect problems to Citizens' Service Bureau.

  • Pests and Rodents
  • Bats reported in living area
  • Bed Bugs- residential or commercial
  • Birds in food establishment
  • Dead animal in the right-of-way
  • Insects seen at food establishment
  • Rats inside building
  • Rats seen - exterior of property
  • Rats/mice seen at a food establishment
  • Report of mosquito breeding site
  • Request for mosquito spraying
  • Request that your address not be sprayed for mosquitos
  • Roaches inside building

Preparation

Emergency

If an animal appears to be in distress or unresponsive and it is between Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, call Animal Care and Control at (314) 657-1500.

For after hours or on weekend reporting, call (314) 231-1212 or 911.

Non-Emergency

Instructions
