Summary
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing direction, expertise and project management services in the development of a plan to support the acquisition and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for the City (hereafter known as “the City”).  The City wishes to migrate from disparate legacy and paper-based systems to an integrated applications environment that aligns with re-engineered business processes.  The City is seeking consulting services to lead the planning effort and product selection, to ensure we purchase the best product to match our specific business processes.
