Mayor Tishaura O. Jones Appoints Conner Kerrigan as Director of Communications
Kerrigan’s start date is Monday, January 29, 2024.

Today, Mayor Tishaura O. Jones announced her appointment of Conner Kerrigan as her incoming Communications Director.
“I’m excited to welcome Conner to my team and uplift the important work we are doing to help St. Louis thrive," said Mayor Jones. "From significant decreases in crime to historic funding in under-resourced neighborhoods, St. Louis is on a positive trajectory and I am confident in Conner’s ability to share the stories of our residents and departments as the city makes its comeback.”
Conner Kerrigan is a communications professional from the Chicagoland area who has lived and worked in Missouri since 2018. In that time, he has worked for organizations such as Empower Missouri and the Human Rights Campaign, as well as serving as the Communications Director for Faleti for Missouri in 2020. In all of these roles, he has worked to break down complex political and legislative topics and communicate them to the public.
“The future of St. Louis is bright,” said Kerrigan. “I’m honored to be a part of Mayor Jones’ team as we continue the work of transforming the city of St. Louis and our entire region into a shining example of civic success.”
Kerrigan lives in the city with his wife Ayo and their two dogs, Baylor and Doyle. Kerrigan’s start date is Monday, January 29, 2024.
