Summary
The City of St. Louis Office of Recovery, in coordination with the Building Division, the Water Division, and the Street Department, requests proposals from qualified, licensed plumbing contractors for the destruction of a minimum of 350 water taps to be contracted, together with all associated excavation, permitting, traffic control, inspection coordination, backfill, and restoration of the public right-of-way.
