Building Performance Targets
Property Types represented in St. Louis were assigned Targets using mostly local energy use data, where similar Types were grouped to share a common Target.
The Board approved 22 BEPS Targets to super-categories divided into individual property types as defined by ESPM. For example, the Non-refrigerated Warehouse super-category includes non-refrigerated warehouses, self-storage, and distribution centers.
Energy Star Portfolio Manager offers more than 80 property types to choose from when setting up a new property.
