Millions of people will Drop, Cover & Hold at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7 in the 2013 Great Central U.S. Shakeout earthquake drill.  Last year more than 12.5 million people were registered in ShakeOut drills worldwide.  Participating is a great way for your family or organization to be prepared to survive and recover quickly from big earthquakes.  To sign up for the largest earthquake drill in Central U.S. history on Feb. 7, visit the shakeout.org web site.

If you do not have an earthquake response plan, now is the time to develop one and exercise it on Feb. 7.
