Phase 4 of the Goodfellow Traffic Management Enhancement project is now underway. This project proposes improvements to traffic signal controllers and equipment and ADA upgrades at eight locations along Goodfellow Blvd. from Delmar to Halls Ferry Circle in North St. Louis.
