Dionne Flowers served as the City’s 2nd Ward Alderwoman for 18 years. She was appointed by Mayor Lyda Krewson and sworn in on August 14, 2017.
The appointed register is the record keeper of all city ordinances and contracts. They also administer the oath to all city employees, Mayoral appointments and Aldermen.
