Land Tax Sale Pre-Registration Form

To bid at a land tax sale, you must fill out and submit this pre-registration form in advance.

Overview

This form will allow you to pre-register for the upcoming land tax sale. You may pre-register only for the upcoming sale, not for future sales. This pre-registration information will be used to ensure that you or your business have no delinquent property taxes or related fees, no housing or code violations, and no previous land tax sales that were unpaid. Only one bidder application will be accepted per person or business. Please do not submit multiple applications.

Registration opens on April 1st for the first sale of the year. It closes 10 days before each sale to give staff time to review applications, then opens again for the next sale the Friday after each sale is finished.

Pre-Registration Schedule: 

  • 5/12/2026 Sale 236: registration opens on 4/1, closes on 5/2
  • 6/9/2026 Sale 237: registration opens on 5/15 closes on 5/31
  • 7/14/2026 Sale 238: registration opens on 6/12 closes on 7/4
  • 8/11/2026 Sale 239: registration opens on 7/17 closes on 8/1
  • 10/6/2026 Sale 240: registration opens on 8/14 closes on 9/26
