What To Bring
By bringing what you need when you come to SLATE Missouri Job Center, you'll be able to become a member and access our no cost services more quickly.
Checklist for your First Visit:
- Document showing your date of birth (only ONE of the documents below is required)

- Driver's License or State ID
- Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate or Hospital Record of Birth
- U.S. Passport
- Updated resume, if you have one
- If possible, a copy of your resume saved as a Microsoft Word document on a CD or Flash drive
- Please dress professionally
