Overview

The City of St. Louis Parking Division appreciates reports of problems with parking meters.

Department personnel may already be aware of the problem and may already be working to resolve it, but sometimes your call is what's needed to learn about the issue.

Preparation

Provide as much information as possible. Include information on:

  • Address or intersection
  • Type of problem 
  • Describe issue

  2. Complete the steps and submit the request.

Fees

No fees apply to report an issue with a parking meter in the City of St. Louis. (Standard parking fees or violations may apply.)

What to Expect

You will receive an email with a request ID number.  

You can use the number to check the status of the service request.
