Citywide Housing Development Fund

The Community Development Administration and St. Louis Development Corporation entered into a subrecipient agreement to jointly administer the Housing Development Fund in December 2021. The fund is intended to support the development of housing as diverse as our city, ranging from permanent supportive housing to affordable rental housing; from scattered site residential infill to large mixed income, mixed use developments; from tiny homes to single family homes; from manufactured housing to four family buildings.
