St. Louis Integrated Health Network will provide capital investment funding to increase the agency’s capacity to prevent,detect, and treat COVID-19 outbreaks by disbursing grants for investing in FQHC's healthcare facilities. Funding for real property construction and improvements at: Affinia Healthcare renovation at 2220 Lemp Ave, St. Louis MO 63014;BJK PHC's Hopewell construction of an outpatient access point and renovations of Hopewell's outpatient mental health facilities at 5669 Delmar Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63112; A new CareSTL Health facility for Physicaltherapy, occupational therapy,advanced medicine and ancillaryservices facilities at 4400 St. LouisAve. St. Louis, MO 63115;new constructio of new sites for Family Care’s existing services at 3830 S Grand Blvd St. Louis, MO 63118; Funding to cover IHN's administrative expenses, including accounting and project management staff.
