Financial Services - Compliance & Sub-Recipient Monitoring / Transferred to CEMA
These funds were transferred to the City Counselor’s Office from the Comptroller’s Office to hire personnel ($75K) and fund an RFP ($50K) to identify a provider of legal services that can help support city departments in compiling the annual and quarterly reports required by ARPA. The City Counselor’s Office selected Armstrong Teasdale pursuant to an RFP.
