Call 9-1-1 for emergencies.
City-Related Damage
For tree limbs, traffic signals/poles, debris: Report to CSB, ideally with photos.
Please submit online, if possible:
- Building Collapse
- Exterior Building Damage or Code Violations
- Signal Damaged
- Street Light Damage
- Inspect City Tree
- Other Street Repair

Building Assessment Information
The Building Division is conducting damage assessments to understand the extent of storm impact. Our top priority is helping people stay safely in their homes whenever possible. All storm-damaged properties will be reviewed individually to determine safety, not condemned. Read more

For utility issues (gas, water, sewer, electric), call the relevant utility company.
Power Lines and Electricity
Contact Ameren for issues with electricity. Please avoid downed power lines.
