 Richard T. Bradley, P.E., announced last month that the City of St. Louis Board of Public Service - Department of the President was selected by the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers - St. Louis Chapter to receive an award for Outstanding Quality Based Selection (QBS) Process.  The Awards Reception and Ceremony was held on Feb. 21, 2014 during Engineers Week.
