Tom Behan, P.E., Chief Construction Engineer, Board of Public Service, City of St. Louis, was selected as the 2011 Outstanding Professional Engineer in Construction in the St. Louis Region by the St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers. The award was presented to Tom at the 2012 Engineers Week Reception and Awards Program on Friday, Feb. 24 at the St. Louis Science Center. The award was presented by Richard T. Bradley, P.E., President of the City's Board of Public Service.
"This is an outstanding recognition for Tom, the Board of Public Service and the City of St. Louis," Bradley said.
