Ann Chance, Special Events Program Executive for the City of St. Louis, was honored last month at the St. Louis Attractions Association luncheon. The Association surprised Ann by presenting her with its 2011 Spirit of St. Louis Hall of Fame Award for her contributions to tourism in the St. Louis area in 2011.
