The Department of Public Safety Citizens' Service Bureau (CSB) has a new Customer Service Manager. Dotti Pennington accepted the position and is responsible for directing the operations for CSB. Prior to this promotion, she worked as the Neighborhood Improvement Specialist for the 28th Ward.
Dotti brings a deep personal commitment to the City of St. Louis and 15 years of broad experience in supervisory, customer service, and community development in public, private, and non-profit sectors. Her colleagues recognize her as a results-oriented team player whose experience and credibility enables strong relationships to assemble resources required to identify, develop and execute comprehensive, equitable business relevant solutions.
Dotti has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from Saint Louis University and will earn a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University in the spring of 2013.
She is a native of St. Louis, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and cultural events.
Pennington replaces Cindy Riordan, who accepted a promotion to the Department of Streets.
