The Employees Retirement System of the City of St. Louis has announced it will hold a special election to fill two member-representative Trustee vacancies on the Board of Trustees for the unexpired term ending March 31, 2017. The vacancies are due to the upcoming retirement of Trustees Edmund Zell and John Zakibe. The election will commence on November 20, 2015 and end on December 7, 2015.
