In Memoriam

 William "W.C." Williams, father of Deborah C. Williams of the Law Department (formerly the Building Division and Department of Corrections), transitioned peacefully on Wednesday, September 10, 2014.  A truly joyful celebration of his life will be held at St. Louis Cremation, 2135 Chouteau Avenue, St. Louis, MO, Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  Service with full military honors to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.   

To his family members and his many friends, the members of the City Service express their deepest sympathies.
