Often we get so wrapped up in our daily activities (work, household chores, family commitments, etc…) and meeting the needs of others that we neglect to take care of ourselves. It is important to "preserve prime time" each day in order to maintain a healthy balance. It does not need to be long, 20 minutes a day is all it takes.
Some ways to enjoy this "Prime Time" are:
Go for a walk
Take a bubble bath
Read a book for pleasure
Write in a journal
Draw or paint
Exercise
Meditate
