An out-of-balance life can contribute to high levels of stress. UnitedHealthcare provides seminars that teach participants how to successfully manage and conquer their stress. Participants will have an opportunity to take a survey and leave with a variety of tools for addressing stress. During this seminar participants will:
- Explore methods for achieving a better balance in managing the conflicting demands of our lives
- Identify resources that can be used to meet needs
- Examine personal values and choices
- Learn skills for effectively managing multiple demands
The seminar will be held at the Airport on February 18 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. and at Carnahan on February 22 from 12 - 1 p.m. To reserve a seat for the Airport seminar, please contact Bernadene Loemker at btloemker@flystl.com. To reserve a seat for the seminar at Carnahan, contact Lisa Banotai at BanotaiL@stlouis-mo.gov.
