Mayor Francis G. Slay congratulates Vicki Wakeland of the Comptroller's Office on 40 years of service to the City and the citizens of St. Louis before presenting her with a 40-year service pin last month during a brief ceremony at City Hall.
Wakeland has worked in a number of City departments and began her career with the City at City Hospital #1.
On hand for the ceremony were members of Wakeland's family (pictured above) and co-workers from several City departments.
