The Training and Organizational Development Division offers a wide variety of training and development opportunities to City employees designed to properly orientate each employee to their position and employment with the City; instruct each employee to perform their duties properly; and encourage each employee to upgrade their skills and abilities so they can adjust to change in the workplace.
