Due to the COVID-19 virus the Board of Aldermen is holding regular meetings by electronic Webinar. Each meeting will have an electronic link and phone number that can be used to view and/or listen to a meeting. Each meeting will also have a Meeting ID Number that can be used if requested while you are accessing the meeting.

The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public alley. The remaining 702.06 feet of the 20 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 3928 beginning 280 feet east of Vandeventer and continuing eastward to its terminus, same being bounded by West Pine (vacated), Spring (vacated) Laclede and Vandeventer. The Petitioner is Saint Louis University. The vacated area will be used to correct boundary lines.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this Honorable Board of Aldermen require the members of the Board of Election Commission along with the City Counselor appear before a committee of the Board of Aldermen to answer questions regarding the upcoming election in Ward 28 to fulfill the vacancy for that position as it pertains to the City Charter and Ordinance 71410 also known as Proposition D.
