LOOP TROLLEY TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING TO BE HELD December 16, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. via online conference call NOTICE & PROPOSED AGENDA TAKE NOTICE that on December 16, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., the Loop Trolley Transportation Development District (the “District”) will hold a public meeting to consider and act upon the matters on the following tentative agenda and such other matters as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time. 1. Welcome 2. Call to Order 3. Public Comment 4. Approval of Meeting Minutes from July 21, 2022 and August 3, 2022 Meetings 5. Missouri Department of Transportation’s 2022 State Safety Oversight (SSO) Review for Loop Trolley 6. Loop Trolley Operations Report 7. 2022 Loop Trolley Annual State Safety and Security Review and Certification 8. Consideration of Resolution 2022-007 Authorizing an agreement pertaining to dissolution of the Loop Trolley Company and other actions related thereto 9. Consideration of Resolution 2022-008 Approving the annual budgets for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2023, authorizing the expenditures therein, and appropriating funds with respect thereto; and authorizing actions related thereto 10. Other Business* 11. Adjournment The meeting will be open to the public. *Closed Session, if necessary, to discuss, legal actions and/or any confidential or privileged communications with the District’s attorneys pursuant to Section 610.021(1), the lease, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the consideration to be paid therefore pursuant to Section 610.021(2), employee matters pursuant to Section 610.021(3), specifications for competitive bidding pursuant to Section 610.021(11), sealed bids and documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed pursuant to Section 610.021(12), or records protected from disclosure by law pursuant to Section 610.021(14), all such sections being sections of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended.
