AGENDA MISSOURI HISTORY MUSEUM SUBDISTRICT MEETING FEBRUARY 21, 2023 Please take notice that a meeting of the Commissioners of the Missouri History Museum Subdistrict will be held at the Missouri History Museum on February 21, 2023, at 12:00 Noon in person and via Zoom video conferencing. The agenda for such meeting is as follows: 1. Greetings and Remarks 2. Approval of the Minutes of the December 13, 2022 Annual Meeting 3. Financial Reports (Subdistrict and Missouri Historical Society) 4. Financial Disclosure and Conflict of Interest Statements 5. Committee Assignments 6. President’s Report 7. Presentation—A Guided Tour of the Coloring STL Exhibit 8. Such other business as may come before the Commission Dated: February 13, 2023 Next Meeting: May 16, 2023 The Commission may close a portion of the meeting with a closed vote and record, as authorized by Sections 610.021(1), (2) and (3) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri (RSMo) relating to legal issues, advice from counsel, real estate and or individual personnel performance and negotiation of a contract pursuant to Section 610.021(12) (RSMo).
