Description
Tenor John McCormack (1884-1945) was widely considered one of the finest singers of the early 20th century. Born in Ireland, John McCormack became a U.S. citizen in 1919. While he perhaps best known as an opera singer, by far the most popular parts of his concerts were the Irish folk songs he always included. These are the songs that make up Scott Kennebec’s Emerald Tribute.
