Notice is hereby given that the Great Rivers Greenway Board will host a monthly meeting of the Board of Directors at 11:30am on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. This meeting is open to the public and will be held virtually via Zoom [Link below]. Meeting minutes and agendas from previous meetings can be found on the website: www.greatriversgreenway.org. COVID protocol: In our offices, wearing of masks and/or social distancing should be done in compliance with City of St. Louis, State of Missouri and/or Federal recommendations. Protocols are subject to change. Please see the Center for Disease Control for guidance https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus A. FOR THE MAY MONTHLY MEETING 11:30am OPENING OF MEETING CALL TO ORDER OPEN TIME APPROVAL OF AGENDA APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES PRESENTATION - Electric Vehicle Infrastructure REPORT(s) OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS Resolution 2023.33 approving a construction, operations and maintenance agreement in connection with the Meramec Greenway Betterment Resolution 2023.34 approving a Grant Agreement in connection with Brickline Greenway 6.
