Join us for our first St. Louis Postpartum Women’s Circle on the Summer Solstice! For women of any age, this is a space free of judgement and full of authenticity to form deep connections away from the expectations and demands that we as mothers feel on a daily basis. We want all the tears and laughs to organically flow as we dive into our first focus, which is your labor and birth story. We will help identify and heal any fears or traumas and celebrate our miraculous bodies. W?hat to bring: Your journal and pen, jug of water, yoga mat, and photo of your children E?vent expectations: * P?alo Santo cleansing * M?editation practice * ?Self care card * J?ournal exercise about the emotions tied to your birth story * R?eleasing your birth story in a safe and sacred space * C?losing of the bones ceremony with oil anointment * L?eave feeling emotional release and lighter about your birth experience, with a new found group of likeminded women. You will be added to our private FB page for continued connections, support and future events.
