A Free Family Friendly Event - Lots of Activities under the Fifth Third Bank Big Tent Deocrate your own masks and crowns, make your own beads and decorate your own King's and Queen's Capes, Face painting and lots more. Special Guests: Rally Squirrel and Fred Bird! The Children's Parade starts at 4:00 pm going through the streets of Soulard showing off their new costumes
