Description
The St. Louis Family Violence Council invites you to join our September 15 Conference: Addressing Barriers to Independence for DV Survivors! Take a minute now and register here: bit.ly/FVCconf
Don't miss your chance to join us for a full-day, in-person conference at Rung for Women in St. Louis City. We will be exploring creative solutions around issues of substance use, affordable housing, the criminal justice system, and poverty for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Lunch is provided, as well as continuing education hours. Talk with other practitioners in the field. Think about the barriers survivors face and how we can address them better. The day's agenda is attached for more details. You don't want to miss this!
The cost is $30 and can be paid by mailing a check (P.O. Box 23073 St. Louis, MO 63156) or paying here: paypal.me/stlfvc
Can it get any better? Yes! Following the conference, there will be a social hour at Tick Tock Tavern - only three minutes from Rung, and they are part of the SAFE Bar network.
Registration begins at 8:30 am, the conference ends at 4 pm, the off-site social hour is from 4-5:30 pm.
