Description

Join St. Louis County Library’s Paul Steensland this Veterans Day week as he talks about the Doolittle Raid. Taking place on April 18, 1942, as America’s answer to the raid on Pearl Harbor, this 16-aircraft bombing mission over Japan was led by St. Louisan Charles “Mac” McClure. Come hear the story of the raid and Mac’s courageous leadership.
