Remember NOT to eat your vegetables! Definitely DON'T brush your teeth! And don't you DARE even think about getting off the couch! Why???? Because it's Opposite Day! And we're celebrating by reminding you of all the ways to stay as unhealthy as possible. This will be a silly event. Explore the real-life consequences of pretend unhealthy choices.More Information
