Description
The Board of Estimate and Apportionment will hold a public hearing on the Proposed Annual Operating
Plan for FY 2025 at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 19, 2024. This meeting will be held via
videoconference.
Public Comment Procedures
Those interested in making a comment should send an email that includes their name, address,
email contact address, and a brief description of the topic to the Board of E&A Secretary - Ms.
Shannon Davis at estimate-apportionment@stlouis-mo.gov, or call 314-622-4245 and leave a message with the
above information. Confirmation of your request, with a link allowing you to join as a
speaker and procedures, will be sent via email or voice message. All speaking requests
must be made by noon, Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Copies of the Proposed Plan will be available April 17th after 4 p.m. on the website at https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/budget/transparency/Budget-and-Related-Documents.cfm
