The St Louis Promise Walk supports the mission of the Preeclampsia Foundation to improve the outcomes of gestational hypertensive disorders through education, support, and research for a cure. Preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication that affects 1 in 25 people and is a leading cause of prematurity. Read more about preeclampsia: https://www.preeclampsia.org/ Join us for a free family event to find community, spread awareness, and honor survivors and people lost to this disease. Come to Tower Grove Park at the Sons of Rest Pavilion on Sunday September 1st at 9am for a fun event with crafts, food trucks, and an optional 1.5 mile walk in Tower Grove Park.More Information
