5th Annual Juneteenth Festival Block Party Celebrates Freedom and Culture with Live Music, Performances, and More St. Louis, MO. June 12, 2024 — The 5th Annual Juneteenth Festival Block Party is set to take place on June 19th, from 12pm to 8pm, at the BLOCK in front of the iconic House of Soul at 1204 Washington Avenue. This year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever, uniting communities in celebration of freedom and culture. Following last year's tremendous turnout, organizers anticipate over 2000+ attendees joining the festivities. Admission is free, offering an extraordinary lineup of live music, special guest performances, and diverse activities for all ages. Special Guest Bands: Mark Harris II & The Avengers (6:00pm-8:00pm) Smokin Lion Reggae Band (4:00pm) Special Guest Performances by: Izzy from Memphis Dakota Pagan Corey Allen Shanelle Scott Dabriel Moore Rob Soule Brittny Holloway Truenessia 1 Tyme King Beezy Supreme from Chicago The festival will feature a VIP Lounge, DJs, a street fashion runway experience, Max Kidz Zone with games and bounce houses, live street painting, karaoke at the House Of Soul, and much more. Attendees are encouraged to support vendors and artists by bringing their pocketbooks and wallets. Event Rules: Please come in peace and pride. Lawn chairs are suggested. No pop-up tables, BBQ pits, tents, coolers, backpacks (clear bags only), or firearms are allowed on the premises. Vendor and sponsorship opportunities are still available.
