2025-2029 Consolidated Plan
The City of St. Louis - Community Development Administration (CDA) will hold a ConPlan Citizen Advisory Committee meeting to discuss the development of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan (ConPlan) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs.

Written comments, suggestions, and questions for the 2025-2029 ConPlan planning process may be addressed to the CDA, 1520 Market, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103 or via email at CDA@stlouis-mo.gov.
The public is invited to ask questions and give comments to the ConPlan Citizen Advisory Committee and CDA staff at the meeting.
This is a hybrid Zoom and in-person meeting.
