The Gyres Society’s biggest event of the year is our 2nd Annual SoSTL Music & Arts Festival, which will be taking place on Saturday September 21, 2024 from 12-10 pm in collaboration with Spine Indie Bookstore & Cafe outside Benton Park in the City of St. Louis. The 2nd Annual SoSTL Music and Arts Festival 2024 is a free family-friendly community event, which celebrates the people and culture of the St. Louis region. Our festival will feature St. Louis musicians performing music on stage, St. Louis Artists selling their artwork on vendor’s row, and St. Louis Restaurants selling food for members of the St. Louis Community to come out and support! Last year, we had 1,000+ members of the St. Louis Community came out to the festival! New for this year: Raffles, 50/50, Kids Art Contest, and Second Line starting at 11:30am featuring Brassy McBrassface led by Jon Weiss on Tuba and Banana Bicycle Brigade. Performances throughout the day by: Bossa Vivo Gerad Erker Bob Case Skatatonics Soulard Blues Band Vertigo Swirl Brick Houses Keokuk Non-Stop Reggae Zephyrina the Ethereal Come out to support local St. Louis Musicians and Artists while supporting The Gyres Society and our mission!
