Description
Looking for love in the modern world is tricky, but looking for love when you were raised on an exclusive diet of Old Hollywood dreamboats like Gene Kelly, William Powell, and Fred Astaire? That's a whole other problem! With a delightful mix of songs from musical theatre, jazz standards, and a few you might not have heard, Hannah Bagnall will make you laugh and sigh as she dreams of finding her very own Fred Astaire! Joining her on the keys will be St. Louis favorite, Joe Dreyer. After building her first cabaret with Joe back in 2014, Hannah couldn't imagine working with anyone else for her return to the Missouri stage! Hannah Bagnall is incredibly thrilled to be singing back in her home state! Having moved to Sarasota, Florida 9 years ago, mid-Missouri audiences might remember her from past performances as Esther in Meet Me in St. Louis, Annabel in Lucky Stiff, or Jo in Little Women at Ozark Actors Theatre. After a few workshops with Tim Schall, she caught the cabaret bug and had the honor to work with Marilyn Maye, Billy Stritch, and many others during the St. Louis Cabaret Conference! She has toured the Southwest with Missoula Children’s Theatre, as well as serving as administrator and tour manager for Florida Studio Theatre’s WRITE A PLAY Program and being lead teaching artist for their 4-6 year olds. She is a certified children’s yoga and mindfulness instructor, fairy storyteller, party princess, seamstress, nanny, vintage collector, and Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor. In 2020, Hannah created Hannah’s Enchantments – seasonal workbooks to help you celebrate the season with intention and childlike wonder.
