Description
Ani Aronian is an Armenian singer-songwriter. Having only recently moved to the US, she is making her start in the American music scene. Ani is most heavily influenced by jazz, blues, and soul. She started singing at the age of 15 while studying at the Yerevan State College of Variety and Jazz Arts. Ani has performed and studied with legendary Armenian artists, such as Honored Artist of Armenia (1984) and People’s Artist of the Armenian SSR (1987) Robert Amirkhanyan and Honored Artist of Armenia (2008) Vahagn Hayrapetyan. Her career, although young, has already included a stellar show in The World Chess Hall of Fame following her performance at the ‘’Strategy across the Board: Gala’’ of the St Louis Chess Club.
