Description

Green City Coalition team members in the Forestry Division will be leading a very exciting and ambitious tree-planting effort at Carondelet Park. Come help plant trees around the bike trail! We will be planting almost 500 trees around the North and South bike trail loops to insulate the bike trails and reforest the surrounding ecosystem.

Event Details

  • When: Thurs, Nov 7 (11:00 to 2:30) - Primary Planting Day or Sat, Nov 9 (9:00 am to 12:00) - Backup Planting Day
  • Where: Carondelet Park - 3900 Holly Hills Blvd, St Louis, 63116
  • What: Planting over 500 (!) small trees. No experience or tools needed, but please RSVP

Volunteers will meet north of Boathouse Lake along Loughborough Drive. Feel free to arrive when it is most convenient for you and stay as long as you can. Any help is appreciated!
