AGENDA Missouri History Museum Subdistrict Renewal Committee Meeting November 20, 2024 1. Approval of the minutes of the November 13, 2023 Renewal Committee Meeting. 2. Review of the operations of the Missouri History Museum (MHM) with respect to the following: a. Compliance with the terms of the Sixth Amended and Restated Operating Agreement (the "Agreement"); b. Attendance Information (in person/online)/Admission Information; c. Exhibit Information; d. Education and Outreach Programs; e. Reporting by MHM's officer responsible for financial matters; f. Financial Reporting; g. Accreditation Report of the American Association of Museums; and h. Other Information of import to the Committee 3. Such other information as this Committee may deem necessary in determining whether to renew the Agreement. 4. Discussion of any revisions to the Agreement. 5.
