About the Event

As we head into a time of uncertainty and fear, we invite you to center yourself, choose rest as resistance, and heal in the community.

12p -1:15p - Communal Brunch

1:15p - Procession of Healers

1:30p - Restful Resistance Healing Session

3p - Fellowship

This will be an experience that engages all the senses to release trauma from the body and create the conditions for healing from within. We will nourish ourselves with food, aromatherapy, sound, art, and light. We will practice mutual care and connection.

We will contribute to the Altar of Reciprocity, a sacred space for honoring the balance of giving and receiving with ourselves, one another, and the world around us. You’re invited to take the medicine that calls to you, connecting with it through gratitude and intention. In return, place an offering on the altar to sustain the cycle of reciprocity and deepen this sacred exchange. You can also create something on the altar using the materials provided, leaving it as part of the shared energy for others.
