A.     Call to order and roll call
B.     Approval of the open session minutes from the April 2, 2025 meeting
C.     Approval of the closed session minutes from the April 2, 2025 meeting
D.     Motion to go into closed session to discuss proposals
(I move that this meeting be closed and that all records and votes, to the extent permitted by law, pertaining to or resulting from this closed meeting session be closed under Section 610.021, Subsection (12) RSMo, for the purpose of the discussion of sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected)
