We’re gathering at Grace United Methodist Church for a vibrant celebration of culture, community, and the incredible culinary talents of our refugee chefs. Whether you’re bringing a partner, a friend, or your favorite foodie, you’ll be treated to a feast that bridges the distance between St. Louis and the Mediterranean. ?? The Menu Prepare your senses for a journey through rich spices, crispy textures, and unexpected sweetness. Kabsa Rice with Chicken: Fragrant Basmati rice infused with Mediterranean spices, sautéed aromatics, and perfectly grilled chicken. Kibbeh: A savory masterpiece of bulgur and beef stuffed with walnuts and pine nuts, deep-fried to golden perfection.
