Description

Public hearing on the fiscal year (FY) 2027 Annual Operating Plan (the Budget). The Mayor, Comptroller, and President of the Board of Aldermen form the Board of E and A, which is the city's executive branch of government and approves all city real estate purchases, appropriations and the city's annual operating budget.

Public Hearing Procedures
The board will take public comments on the FY27 Budget from pre-registered speakers. All requests to speak must be received by noon on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

Those interested in making a comment should send an email that includes their name, address, email contact address and a brief description of the topic to the Board of E&A Secretary, Ms. Crystal Hurst, at Hurstc@stlouis-mo.gov; or call 314-622-4245 to leave a message with the above information.
