We are thrilled to share a glimpse into the heart of our kitchen, where vibrant flavors and cherished traditions come alive. This specially curated menu is designed to transport your palate through the rich culinary landscape of Lebanon. The Culinary Journey Shakshuka Shanklish: Perfectly poached eggs in a spiced tomato base. (Vegan option with plant-based cheese available). Spinach Pies (Fatayer): Handcrafted savory pastries filled with seasoned spinach and citrus notes. Fatteh: A warm, layered dish of chickpeas, toasted pita, and cool yogurt. Saujok: Spicy Lebanese sausage bursting with flavor. (Vegan option available with plant-based cheese). Labneh: A thick, tangy yogurt dip topped with olive oil, served with fresh vegetables and warm pita. Lebanese Sweet Kaak: Conclude your meal with these traditional aromatic biscuits. Imbued with hints of sesame and anise, they offer a delightful crunch and a gentle sweetness.
