The Culinary Journey Shakshuka Shanklish: Perfectly poached eggs in a spiced tomato base. (Vegan option with plant-based cheese available). Spinach Pies (Fatayer): Handcrafted savory pastries filled with seasoned spinach and citrus notes. Fatteh: A warm, layered dish of chickpeas, toasted pita, and cool yogurt.
