3.                Program updates -

• Committee membership
• Staffing and relationship with Building Division:                                                               i)          Welcome to Adam Kepka and Anthony Johnson

 4.                New/Revised Prop NS Ordinance, including funding caps

 5.                Updates on Status of Buildings Approved for Prop NS, including

• Totals by stage, from nomination through sold - and rehabs by new owners
• Status of sold buildings, incl. progress (& challenges) with reaching full rehabs
• Stabilized but not sold yet, incl. current sales bid period, with deadline of 4/3026
• Re-inspection & re-evaluation of approved buildings that have not been awarded contracts (some of which may need to be removed from Prop NS)

 6.                Discussion regarding prioritizing yet-to-be-approved nominations

 7.                Next Steps & plans for next meeting, Tuesday, May 12 at 4:30 p.m.
